In An Emergency

During routine practice hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm), please call 01661 842542. 

Outside of these hours, please call our emergency number: 01209 823198. 

This number is a direct line to our out of hours emergency call centre. The operator will take your details and pass information to the veterinary surgeon on duty, who will call you back as soon as possible. 

Please use the emergency number: 
– Before 8.30am and after 5pm on weekdays. 
– Before 9am and after 1pm on Saturdays. 
– At all times on Sundays and bank holidays. 

Please Note 

– Urgent appointments made from 4pm are subject to the out of hours fee of £70. 
– Urgent calls placed from 4pm will be handled by the out of hours veterinary surgeon on duty.
